This document (from now on called “PRIVACY POLICY”) is intended to regulate the use of the web space that ESPÈCIES TEIXIDOR, S.L. makes available to (www.teixidor.es)

The intellectual property rights of this web space, its source code, the databases and the different elements it contains are the property of the owner of ESPÈCIES TEIXIDOR, S.L., to whom corresponds the whole exercise of exploitation of the rights of the web itself and, especially those of reproduction, distribution, public communication, maintenance and transformation.

What is the relationship of personal information stored?
The primary identification and relationship data for sending proposals, commercial information, and order management of the online store to create invoices, such as name, shipping address, NIF/CIF, and bank account number if the client wants direct debit.

 

What is the data storage policy/availability/backups and its location?
Information is not deleted unless the user requests deletion, and this deletion proceeds (see point 3). It is always available, although it may be blocked for marketing / commercial informative shipments if the rights of deletion, limitation to treatment or opposition by the user have been exercised.

Backup copies of the servers containing data are duly controlled and guarded.

What is the Privacy and Information Security Policy and its access?
Access to the database is protected by username and password.

In the case of remote access, this is done through a VPN connection and SSL protocol.

 

What is the Security Incident Response and Impact Analysis Policy?
ESPECIES TEIXIDOR, S.L. has adopted appropriate technical and organizational protection measures, which have been applied to the personal data affected by the potential breach of personal data security. There is no access to customer/user data for people who are not authorized to access them.

 

ESPECIES TEIXIDOR, S.L. has carried out and keeps updated a risk analysis of the vulnerability of personal data and its impact on the security of the privacy of clients/users.

 

What is the Policy for information deletion in case of service loss?
ESPECIES TEIXIDOR, S.L. deactivates the accounts of clients/users who decide to unsubscribe and have exercised their right to deletion. In this case, the data of the client/user will be blocked and maintained for the time required by regulations, exclusively to account for the legal obligations that justify the past relationship between the parties.

 

Who is our Data Protection Security Officer?
ESPECIES TEIXIDOR, S.L. You are not legally required to designate a DPD (Data Protection Officer) by current legislation. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JUDICIAL JURISDICTION

Any controversy arising in the interpretation or execution of this Privacy Policy will be interpreted based on Spanish legislation. Likewise, ESPÈCIES TEIXIDOR, S.L., through his legal representative statement and the user, waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile for any dispute that may occur. The case that the user is domiciled outside of Spain ESPÈCIES TEIXIDOR, S.L. and the user submits to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
